The Bart Drive Boys.
After thirty years of performing Standup in clubs across the nation, being featured on Good Morning America, headlining in Las Vegas and opening for the likes of Louie Anderson, Don Rickles and Joan Rivers, comedian Dean Napolitano is taking his comedy to the theatrical stage in a series of one-man shows that will chronicle his younger self - first growing up in the 70s and 80s on Long Island and then moving to Florida where he married and became a father. BART DRIVE BOYS, the first in the series, is a nostalgic look back at his large Italian family and eccentric childhood friends, weaving stories and humor from growing up in the 1970s. Baseball in the streets, card games in the basement, school field trips, growing up catholic and freedom on the BMX - all stories that will take the audience back to their childhood days and relive the simplicity of childhood.
Outside of the comedy scene, Dean has been seen on TV in Army Wives (ABC), Burn Notice (USA), Heroes (NBC), The Shield (FX), From Earth to the Moon (HBO), the perennial family holiday special Independence Day at the Museum and in the feature films Triple Nine, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Redneck Roots and Sam and Elvis.
BART DRIVE BOYS is produced and directed by Jeffrey Ault.
